Shipping & returns
Canvases are printed and shipped from a facility in the United States. An artist hand-finishes your artwork within 24 hours of your order and it goes straight to print; production takes 2 to 5 business days and delivery another 3 to 5 days with tracking. Most orders arrive within two weeks.
Holiday delivery
For holiday delivery, order by December 8. Later orders will be produced as fast as possible but arrival by December 24 cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or defective canvas
Send us a photo of the piece and the packaging within 14 days of delivery and we will print and ship a replacement, or refund you in full. You keep the damaged canvas; we never ask you to ship anything back.
Returns
Each portrait is personalised, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. But if the canvas arrives and you don't love how the portrait came out, tell us what's wrong: we repaint and reprint it free, or refund you in full. Write to hello@thegoodboygallery.com and a real person will sort it out.
