Terms
By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have the owner's permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to transform it into a portrait, print it and deliver it to you. Copyright in the uploaded photo stays with its owner.
How your portrait is made
Every portrait is created with our rendering technology and finished by hand. Each piece is individually reviewed and edited before printing. You approve the artwork before it goes to print; one revision is included with every order.
Refunds and replacements
If you never approve the final artwork, you get a full refund, no questions asked, at any point before printing. Because each portrait is personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once the approved artwork has been sent to print. If a delivered canvas arrives damaged or defective, we replace it or refund you in full; we will ask for a photo of the damage but never for return shipping.
Timelines
Estimated timelines: preview in minutes, hand-finishing within 24 hours, production 2 to 5 business days, US delivery 3 to 5 days with tracking. If a delay occurs we will tell you promptly and you may choose a revised date or a full refund.
What we do not accept
We do not accept photos containing people without their consent, or content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights. Franchise characters, branded costumes and living artists' styles are not available as customisations.
