Terms
By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have the owner's permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to transform it into a portrait, print it and deliver it to you. Copyright in the uploaded photo stays with its owner.
How your portrait is made
Every portrait is created with our rendering technology and finished by hand. Each piece is individually reviewed and edited by an artist before printing, and the finished artwork is emailed to you as it goes to print.
Refunds and replacements
You may cancel for a full refund at any point before your artwork goes to print. Because each portrait is personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started. If a delivered canvas arrives damaged or defective, or you are unhappy with how the portrait came out, we repaint and reprint it free or refund you in full; we will ask for a photo of the issue but never for return shipping.
Timelines
Estimated timelines: preview in minutes, hand-finishing within 24 hours, production 2 to 5 business days, US delivery 3 to 5 days with tracking. If a delay occurs we will tell you promptly and you may choose a revised date or a full refund.
What we do not accept
We do not accept photos containing people without their consent, or content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights. Franchise characters, branded costumes and living artists' styles are not available as customisations.
