An artist finishes it
After you order, the piece is finished by hand: eyes, markings, coat and edges are corrected, and the file is prepared for print.

We email the finished artwork for your approval. Nothing is printed or shipped until you reply yes. If you never approve, you're refunded in full.

Is a real person involved, or is this just AI?
Both. The first render, the one you preview in forty seconds, comes from an image model working to our eight fixed style recipes. It is a starting point, not the product. Every ordered piece is then finished by hand: likeness, markings and edges are corrected and re-painted where the machine got them wrong. You see that finished version before we print.
What if I don't like the result?
Tell us what's wrong and we revise it. If after that you still don't want it, don't approve it. We refund you in full and nothing is printed. We would rather lose the sale than hang something you don't love.
What kind of photo works best?
Daylight, face toward the camera, eyes visible, taken from your pet's height rather than above. Beyond that we are forgiving. The St. Bernard above came from an ordinary low-resolution snapshot.
Can you paint two pets together? Cats? Rabbits?
Two pets in one painting is $20 more; send a photo of each. Any animal is welcome: dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds.
How long does the whole thing take?
Preview in about forty seconds. Hand-finished artwork emailed for approval within two business days. Canvases arrive 7-10 days after you approve; digital files the same day.
Is it a good gift if I don't have their photo?
A photo from their social account usually works. If you'd rather not guess, write to us and we'll arrange it as a gift, and the recipient chooses the style and photo themselves.
